Why is it that people at the till think that nobody can hear them. What follows is conversations that I over hear daily while trying to wait on people.

The Sad Truth
Romantic Girl: When you say something really romantic and he says 'Awww, me too.' Does that mean he really means it?
True Friend: Probably not.
Romantic Girl: That's what I thought.
